Integral parts of the Terms of Use are the "Data Protection and Privacy Policy" and "Cookies Policy" sections. We may update the Terms of Use and/or individual policies from time to time. Changes will be effective from their posting, unless otherwise stated. You, as a visitor or user of the website, are responsible for being informed of any changes. The use of the website, with any updates, constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. The website is used "as it is" without the possibility of modifications or other interventions by unauthorized users. The Website is provided by the non-profit association under the name "Association for the Enhancement and Safeguarding of Public Health "Prometheus"" (hereinafter "the Association" or "Prometheus"). Prometheus is based in Athens, on Leof. Alexandras 213 B. P.C. 11523, and is represented by the General Manager, Giorgos Kalamitsis. The purpose of Prometheus is to bridge the gap and inequalities that arise between patients and public health care.
3. Suitability of a website
Our website is available to both legal entities and natural persons over the age of 18, who can enter into legally binding agreements within the framework of the applicable legislation. If you do not meet the conditions, you may not use the website without the express consent of your parent or legal guardian and the Association bears no responsibility

The Association has the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice to you. Your use of the website following any change to these Terms of Use means that you accept those changes. Any element of the website may be modified, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of the Association.

6. License - Ownership of the website
The entire content of the website including, without limitation, texts, news, graphics, photographs, diagrams, images, services and in general any kind of file and information, is the object of intellectual property of the Association and is governed by the national, European and international provisions for the protection of Intellectual Property.
Therefore, the reproduction, republication, copying, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, publication, execution, download, translation and modification of any part of the website is expressly prohibited and in any way without the prior express written consent of the Association, except and only to the extent otherwise specified in the provisions of mandatory law (such as the right to quote an extract). (b) Internal links. Linking to any page of the website, by means of a plain text link to another website, is strictly prohibited, unless there is a separate connection agreement with the Association. Any website or other device that provides a link to www.promitheasngo.com site or any page available within it, is not allowed (a) to reproduce the content, (b) to use a browser or margin environment around the content, (c) imply in any way that the Association approves it, (d) misinterpret any situation, including its relationship with the Association, (e) presents false information about the Association's services and (f) uses any logo or trademark of the Association, without its prior express written permission.
9. Termination - Suspension of the operation of the website
You agree that the Association, in its sole discretion, is entitled to terminate or suspend your use of the website, its content and/or information, at any time and for any reason and without reason, even if access and use continues to be permitted to others. By such suspension or termination of use, you are obligated to (a) immediately discontinue use of the website and services, and (b) destroy any copy of any portion of the content you have created. Your access to the website, information or services after termination, suspension or discontinuation in accordance with the above, constitutes an act of illegal entry. In addition, you agree that the Association shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the website, information and/or services.

12. Assignment
You may not provide, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent. Any alleged assignment in violation of this Section will be void from the outset.
13. Violations of the terms and conditions
Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms of Use, if you violate these Terms of Use in any way, we may take action that we deem appropriate to address the breach, including temporarily or permanently suspending your access to the Site, contacting your internet service provider to request that your access to the Site be blocked, and/or taking legal action against you.
14. Force majeur
Other than the obligations to pay money hereunder, no delay, failure or failure of any party to perform or comply with any of its obligations hereunder shall be deemed a breach of these Terms of Use if, and for as long as the delay, failure or omission arises from any cause, beyond that party's reasonable control.
15. Remedy
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, related to your violation of these Terms of Use, as well as applicable laws, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. You will immediately indemnify us for our damages, losses, costs and expenses related to, or arising out of, such claims.
16. Abjuration
The failure to enforce any of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use and any agreement, or the failure to exercise any termination, shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms of Use or any agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and defined exclusively in the Greek language. All notifications and correspondence will be listed exclusively in this language.
18. Applicable law and other terms
This user agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek and International Law, as well as the Directives and Regulations of European Law. It is interpreted on the basis of the rules of good faith and business ethics. In the event that a provision is deemed to be contrary to the law and therefore invalid or voidable, it automatically ceases to be in force, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. The competent courts for any disputes arising from this present are the Courts of Athens.
