Hep Line offered flexible and immediate communication in a confidential, non-recorded environment, allowing users to make multiple calls with full discretion and a personalized approach. In addition, there was the option to schedule in-person appointments at the offices of Prometheus, thereby offering more personal and comprehensive support.

The advantages of the service included the ability to communicate from anywhere in the country, accessibility from the user’s personal space, complete confidentiality with private and non-recorded conversations, the possibility of unlimited calls without restrictions, and a tailored approach with adaptable call duration. Furthermore, there was the option to arrange in-person appointments for more complete support.
